The description of Anna's skill isn't very clear. Basically what happens is that A random number (depending on skill level) of Tsums will be turned in Elsa tsums. You can connect Anna and Elsa Tsums together like you can with some of the other Tsums. The big difference is that when you clear one of the Elsa Tsums it will also clear all the Tsums around it too!
