Dewey and his brothers were first released in Japan. In Japan he was available individually and as part of a set that contained a bigger 'carrier' Donald as well as his brothers and Polka Dot Donald. This same set was recently released in Hong Kong and it is unknown if it will find its way to other Disney Parks.
