Judy is essentially a burst Tsum; however, her skill has a bit of a twist. When you activate her skill a car will appear on the screen next to a parking meter. The parking meter will have a green light indicating the car can park there; however, after a second or two the meter will turn red to indicate the time on the meter has run out. When this happens a bubble will also appear and you need to tap the screen as quickly as possible. All the Tsums inside the bubble will be cleared; however, the bubble will quickly shink if you don't tap fast enough. Basically the idea is that Judy is giving out parking tickets and when the car goes into 'violation' due to the expired meter you need to tap quickly to give the car a parking ticket. If you have really good reflexs she can be a pretty good Tsum; however, if you tap too soon or wait too long after the meter goes red you won't clear many Tsums.
