Holiday Minnie is a limited time Tsum that was released for the International Game in December 2014 (and is likely to return for each December). Her skill is the same as 'regular' Minnie; however, the number of Tsums that get turned into Mickey are higher so she is a bit better. Since she is capped at skill level 3 she is still not a very powerful Tsum.
